5. Termination of Service
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. AyamPenyet CRM Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or if your use of the platform poses a risk to our infrastructure or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crm.ayampenyetnearme.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Amendments and Jurisdiction
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect technological or legal changes. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
